I should also like to provide a clarification to paragraph 176 of the Licensing Statement dated 10 January 2023, which should have also contained reference to both Appendices 11 and 18 previously submitted with the Application. Therefore, the first sentence of paragraph 176 should have read “Appendices 11, 18 (b – f) and a plan of the cumulative impact zone (at Appendix 14) demonstrate that there is a lack of licensed premises surrounding Churchill Square Shopping Centre, and the proposed premises in particular…” (for clarity, the additional text is in red)
